How Can I Get My Matric?

You can get your Matric as an adult by completing our Adult Matric Upgrade Course. To be eligible for this course, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be 21 and older. You can apply when you are only 19 years old, but you must be 21 when you write the final Matric exam.
  • Have a Grade 9 Certificate or
  • Have a Grade 9 Equivalent Certificate (ABET Level 4)
  • Understand, read and write Afrikaans and English
  • Study through distance learning

Step 3: Become a registered student

Once you have decided on the best course for you, then you will officially become a student at Matric College. This means that you will get your first batch of study material in ( 5 to 7) working days. You may read through the study material and attempt your first assignment.
