Customer Satisfaction: If you would like to learn more about making your customers happy and feeling great about the event that you have managed, then this is the subject you need to look closer at. Here you will learn everything about handling customer complaints as well as how to manage the customer’s requests.

Events Management – 101: The main reason why you are completing the Events Management Course is that you would like to learn more about events and how to manage them. This subject teaches you the basics of how to plan and manage events.

Events Management -102: This subject covers the same topics as the Events Management – 101 subject, but goes more in-depth. Here you will learn about the different events and how you need to plan and manage them.

First Aid Concepts: This is an important subject to have because you will learn how to perform First Aid on your customers as well as the customers’ guests. It also ensures that you meet the safety measures of the event. This avoids your customer and your customers’ guests being injured.

Introduction to Business English: You will be in contact with customers and other business people that will help you manage events. Therefore, it is important to know how to communicate with customers. This subject covers:

  • How to identify different types of body language
  • Non-verbal communication
  • Verbal communication
  • How to create presentations that are interesting to your customers
  • How to manage and hold meetings
  • How to communicate through written work

Office Management: If you are working with a team of people, then you can learn a lot from this subject because you will learn everything you need to know about managing an office. This includes duties such as:

  • Hiring staff
  • Training staff
  • Managing staff
  • Delegating duties

Events Management: Comprehensive Course Assessments

Events Management: Comprehensive Course assessments only consist of assignments, which should be sent to us through email. You need to submit (3) three assignments for each subject that you will complete. Each assignment will test you on your knowledge of the subject.

Assignments

You will complete 18 assignments in total. This means that for each of your (6) six subjects, you will complete (3) three assignments. You must get at least 50% or more for your assignments. If you fail a subject, you can submit it again until you pass. 

This will be at no additional cost to you. After you have completed a subject, we will award you with a Certificate of Completion, which means that you have learned the material successfully in that subject.

You have to complete all of the assignments to get your Events Management: Comprehensive. We will courier your Certificate to you.

Exams

There are no final exams for the Events Management: Comprehensive Course. You only need to submit (3) three assignments for each subject with 50% or more. This is because we are a distance learning institution. We allow our students to focus on other obligations such as work and family.
