What Is The Adult Matric Course?
You can enrol for our Adult Matric Course If you have not finished Matric or have never been in Grade 12. This course will help you earn a Matric Qualification from Umalusi. You can study this course if you are 21 years or older.
If you are younger than 21, you can repeat your Matric in High School or with us.
What Is The Matric Rewrite Course?
You can study the Matric Rewrite Course if you are not happy with your Matric results. This course is a second chance to study, work hard and get the marks you desire. You will, however, only be able to rewrite the subjects you have already written.
If you wish to change or add subjects to your certificate, you can apply for an Upgrade.
Can You Repeat A Grade 12 In South Africa?
Yes, you can repeat Grade 12 in South Africa. You must be younger than 21. If you are 21 years old or older, you will have to complete your Matric through a college. You can enrol at Matric College for our Matric Rewrite Course.
How Do I Redo My Matric?
You can redo your Matric. When you apply at Matric College, you will:
- Receive study material
- Gain access to our tutors and past exam papers and memorandum
- Study the from home because we are a distance learning college
We will also assist you with registering for your Matric exams with the Department of Basic Education (DBE)
Can I Redo My Matric Online?
Yes, you can redo your Matric online.
It is possible because Matric College is a distance learning college. This means that you can study our courses online from any location in South Africa.
You can redo your Matric online using the following resources we make use of and give you access to:

- Emails
- Red Alert Form
Is Repeating Matric The Same As Upgrading Matric?
No, repeating Matric is not the same as upgrading Matric. However, it can depend on the situation. When you repeat your Matric, you do it in High School. This usually happens when a student has failed.
You are allowed to repeat Matric in High School if you are younger than the age of 21 and if you completed all your subjects before. If you have an incomplete Matric result, you will have to apply for a Matric Rewrite Course.
Upgrading your Matric is different because it is done by students who wish to improve their marks. To do this, you can apply at Matric College for the Upgrade Matric Course. You can study this course as long as you have Matric. It can be failed or passed Matric.
Can I Rewrite My Matric After 10 Years?
Yes, you can rewrite your Matric after ten (10) years. You can enrol at Matric College. We believe that it is never too late to study. This is why our motto is “It is not too late.”
Rewriting your Matric will help you increase your marks. This will help you in the following ways:
- Increase your chances of getting into a university
- Increase your job opportunities
- Increse your chances of getting a promotion at work
Can I Change Subjects When I Rewrite Matric?
Yes, you can change subjects when you rewrite your Matric. You can do this at Matric College. We allow you to rewrite at least (4) four subjects. If you want to change subjects, you can also change a minimum of (4) four of them.
Is Matric Rewrite Registration Still Open For 2023?
Yes, Matric Rewrite registration for 2023 is still open. You can apply to Matric College for this course throughout the year. We are always open because we are a distancelearning college.

If you fail Matric, you can apply for the Rewrite Matric Course through us. We will provide you with material that will help you pass. These include our tutors, past papers and study material.
Redo Matric
You can redo your Matric in High School if you are younger than 21. You can do this in your previous High School or at a different school.

If you fail Matric, you can study other courses that do not require Matric. At Matric College, you can study the following courses:
