|Examinations:||There are three open book assignments that can be completed at home. As well as a final exam set by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Exam opportunities: There are two exam opportunities. May/June and October/November Registration Period: February – May/June exam August – October/November exam Note: The course fees include all books as well as exam fees. But only one exam session per subject. If you fail an exam, you will have to pay extra to rewrite that exam.|

The application requirements for each of the Financial Management National Certificate Courses are as follows:
- N4 Financial Management National Certificate Course: To apply for this course you must have a matric certificate or matric equivalent certificate.
- N5 Financial Management National Certificate Course: To apply for this course you must have an N4 Financial Management National Certificate.
- N6 Financial Management National Certificate Course: To apply for this course you must have an N5 Financial Management National Certificate.
- N6 Financial Management National Diploma: To get the N6 Financial Management National Diploma, you must have an N6 National Certificate with your 18 months of industry-specific work experience. This work experience has to be approved by the Department of Higher Education and Training.
