At the end of your exam, and you pass, you will receive a certificate from Umalusi. This allows you to use it to apply to universities or for jobs.

Our dedicated student support team works closely with students to address their specific needs and provide tailored assistance. With your studies accessible through distance learning, this allows students regardless of disabilities to complete their Grade 12. 

We take student grievances and feedback seriously. Students can raise concerns or provide feedback through various channels, including our online platform and direct communication with our support team. We have a structured process in place to address and resolve grievances promptly and effectively. 

This includes investigating the issue, providing a response, and taking corrective actions when necessary. We value student input and continuously strive to improve based on their feedback.
