You can study ICB Courses without a Matric Qualification. You will gain knowledge and skills that are in demand, which raises your chances of getting employment

If you do not have a Matric Qualification, you can further your studies through Matric College. You can do this by enrolling in our ICB Courses. We have three ICB Programmes that you can study. These are:

Can I Study ICB Courses Without Matric?

Yes, you can study our ICB Courses without Matric. There are three ICB Courses that you can study without a Matric Certificate. Here are the courses and how you can study them without Matric

ICB Business Management Courses 

To study the ICB Business Management Courses, you will be required to have a Grade 11 or Grade 11 Equivalent Qualification. In these courses, you will learn more about businesses and how they are managed. After completing each course, you will be awarded an ICB Qualification

ICB Financial Accounting Courses 

You can study the ICB Financial Accounting Courses if you have a Grade 10 or Grade 10 Equivalent Qualification. These courses will grant you knowledge and skills on how the financial aspects of a company are handled. When you complete these courses, you will receive an ICB Qualification. 

ICB Office Administration Courses 

You can enrol for the ICB Office Administration Courses if you have Matric or a Matric Equivalent Qualification. If you do not have these qualifications, you can study our Matric or Matric Equivalent Courses

In the ICB Office Administration Courses, you will obtain skills and knowledge on how an office setting (company) is operated. When you finish studying these courses, you will be awarded an ICB Qualification. 

Can I Study Office Admin Without Matric?

Yes, you can study the ICB Office Administration Courses without Matric. This is possible if you first enrol in the following courses to receive a Matric Certificate or Matric Equivalent Certificate

Adult Matric Course

You can use a Grade 9 or Grade 9 Equivalent Qualification to enrol in the Adult Matric Course. You can study this course if you are 21 years or older. Through this course, you will gain knowledge and a Matric Certificate which you can use to apply for the ICB Office Administration Courses

Matric Equivalent Course 

There are two types of Matric Equivalent Courses that you can study. You can choose one of the following depending on the qualification you have: 

Small Business Financial Management: ICB National Certificate

You can undertake this course with a Grade 11 or Grade 11 Equivalent Qualification. When you complete the course, the college will award you a Matric Equivalent Qualification, which you can use to study the ICB Office Administration Courses

Bookkeeping: ICB FET Certificate

You can enrol in this course if you have a Grade 10 or Grade 10 Equivalent Qualification. When you have completed the course, you will be awarded a qualification that is equivalent to Grade 11. This qualification is known as the Bookkeeping: ICB National Certificate

You can use the Bookkeeping: ICB National Certificate to enrol in the Bookkeeping: ICB FET Certificate. When you finish studying the Bookkeeping: ICB FET Certificate, you will be awarded a Matric Equivalent Certificate, which you can use to study the ICB Office Administration Courses.
