You can enrol for Adult Matric if you are 21 years or older, you have a grade 9 (standard 7, or equivalent) report and you are able to study via distance learning.

 

You can enrol for a Matric Rewrite or Matric Upgrade if you have an incomplete Matric result or you have your final Matric results, and you are able to study via distance learning.

With distance learning, students can study from the comfort of their homes or any location, without attending physical classes. We provide all necessary study materials and academic support to enable our students to succeed.

Matric College offers academic support to help students overcome challenges they may face during their distance learning experience. Our support team is available to assist with any academic-related inquiries, Monday to Friday from 8am until 5pm.

Yes, you will get textbooks for most, if not all, of your courses. If you are completing the following courses, you will receive textbooks and study guides:

 

  • Matric Courses
  • NATED Courses
  • ICB Courses

For our Short Courses, you will only receive some textbooks depending on the type of Short Course you complete. Most of our short courses only consist of study guides and relevant course information.

At Matric College, we understand that financial circumstances are not the same for all our students. That is why we came up with payments plans that are customised to suit every student’s needs. The following are the four (4) payment plans that we have in place to serve you better:

No, you do not need a computer to study at Matric College. If you have a smartphone that has an email address then you can download a scanning application on your phone, write out or type your assignments, scan and send it through email. 

 

Alternatively, you can post your study material to us. 

 

Does this mean that you must have internet access or data? Yes, you must have data on your phone to send the assignment through email, but this will be the only time that you need data.
