According to payscale.com, and entry level Business Manager with (0) zero to (4) four years of experience earns an average of R 9 166.00 per month. 

A Business Manager with (5) five to (9) nine years of experience earns an average of R 35 916.00 per month. A Business Manager with (10) ten or more years of experience earn an average of R 77 583.00

No, you cannot apply to a University with N6. To apply to study at a University, you need a Matric Bachelor’s Degree Pass. In addition, you need to have the required APS Score for the programme that you want to apply for.
