  • Career goals

Passion

Choose subjects based on what you are passionate about. When you have a passion for something, you do not give up even when you come across challenges. For example, if you are passionate about children, you will love and care for them even if they are troublesome. Your passion will allow you to persist through any difficulty.

If you are passionate about children, you can choose subjects such as Mathematics and Life Sciences. Through these subjects, you will be able to follow your passion and one day get employment related to children. You can work as a Teacher, Social Worker or Child Psychologist.

Strengths

Choose a subject that matches your strengths. This is because your abilities can be improved and turned into skills. For example, if you are someone who is good at saving money and living on a budget because you want to save up for something important, this is your strength. You can choose a course that will allow you to improve your strength.

You can choose subjects such as Economics, Business Studies, Accounting and Mathematics. Through these subjects, you will be able to convert your strengths into skills. You can one day follow a career as a Financial Advisor or a Business Consultant and earn a high salary.

Career Goals

Choose a subject that relates to the career you want to follow. If you want to become a Doctor, it is compulsory that you have subjects such as Mathematics and Life Sciences. This is the only way in which you will gain access to university. Do research on the career you want to follow and see what subjects you must choose in High School.

What Are The Easiest Subjects In Matric?

The easiest subjects in Matric are the ones that usually do not have any calculations. These are subjects such as Languages and Life Orientation. Students enjoy these subjects because they do not have numbers. However, subjects can be easy or difficult depending on the student.

If you are someone who studies and performs a lot of research, it is possible that you find all subjects easy. There is really no difficult subject. You only need to be dedicated from the beginning of the year until the end.

If you do not understand a subject, do not have a negative attitude towards it. Tell yourself that there is no such thing as a difficult subject. If other students can pass, so can you. You can try finding another student to help you understand where you feel challenged.

You can ask teachers to assist you. If you are able to afford a personal tutor, get yourself one or look for a place to attend extra classes. Receiving assistance from more than one person may help you understand certain topics better. They may explain things in a way that you understand best.
