Matric Courses

Matric College Courses

Adult Matric Course

This is a course for adults who have never written the final exams for Matric. This course is also known as the Senior Certificate (Amended). Here are the requirements for you to qualify for this Matric Course:

  • You passed Grade 9 and have proof of your report or
  • You completed a Grade 9 Equivalent course (i.e. an ABET Certificate) that included two official language subjects
  • You are 21 or older 
  • You can read, write and understand English or Afrikaans 
  • You are able to study via distance learning

Matric Upgrade Course

You qualify for a Matric Upgrade if you want to achieve the following:

This course can only be completed if you already completed Matric regardless of the final results.

Matric Rewrite

To qualify for Matric Rewrite, you must meet the following entry requirements:

  • Have an incomplete Matric or

Your final Matric results

ICB Courses

ICB Courses are offered by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. The ICB is an internationally recognised External Independent Examinations body. Tuition for ICB Courses is offered by accredited Learning Providers. Matric College is an Accredited Learning Provider of ICB. Here are the three (3) programmes that are offered by the ICB:
