IEB Mathematics Literacy is an easier form of core maths. Often people opt for maths literacy when they don’t need maths in their future educational plans.

Tips and tricks for passing IEB Mathematics Literacy
You’re not alone! Here are some tips and tricks to acing your IEB Mathematics Literacy Exam:
- Practise makes perfect: Practising your mathematics literacy is the best way to ensure that you get good marks! Don’t leave everything to the last minute.
- Get more teachers: Each teacher has a different way of explaining something, maybe a different teacher might explain it in a way that makes more sense to you! Try getting a tutor, asking another school teacher for help or finding teachers on youtube!
- Try a study group: Study groups are a great way for you to test your own knowledge! Try making a study group with your friends so you can learn a little more and so can they!
- Do your homework: Homework is given for a reason. Work through the problems every day and make sure that you ask questions when you’re confused! Each learning area builds upon the next so make sure you have a solid foundation.
