When it comes to the weekends, you can prioritise most of your time for studying. Make sure that you study for at least six (6) hours. This way, you will cover most of your work. You can rest on Sundays so that you arrive to work on Monday feeling rested.

Keep a cold bottle of water next to you when you are studying. Drinking water will keep you awake. Your brain is made up of 75% of water. When you drink more water, it helps the brain stay alert and clear. This is how you can study for long hours.

No, you should not study on the bed. Your brain has normalised that the bed is for sleeping. Studying on the bed may cause you to feel sleepy. Study while sitting on a chair by the table. This study position will keep you awake.

You can stop getting distracted while studying by identifying what your distractions are. For example, you may be easily distracted by your smartphone. You may spend too much time replying to texts while you are studying. This means that you must keep your phone away while you study.

Taking leave from work is good for you. You will get to rest your mind and body. You can use the time you have off to spend time with friends and family. This will be good for your mental health. By the time you go back to work, you will be energised.

Taking care of your health keeps you in good shape. This means you are able to work and study at the same time. You will be able to handle the workload mentally and physically. To take care of your health, you can try the following:
