Why Choose ICB?
The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers offers courses in both financial and business management. Each of their courses are scarce skills which means that you are more likely to find a job.
ICB qualifications are also highly regarded by employers for their high-quality. That means that an employer is more likely to choose you because of your highly accredited qualification.
You can also decide to study full time or part-time. The choices do not end there. With ICB you can choose to study via distance learning or classroom learning. These programmes are designed to suit your needs.
Financial Accounting Programme
You can access the NQF level 3 programme with a grade 10 certificate. That means that you can start the first stream, bookkeeping, without ever finishing high school.
Each level is a fully accredited qualification. You do not have to study for 3 or 4 years to get a qualification.
The courses in this stream include:
Business Management Programme
With a grade 11 certificate, you can move straight into the first stream, Business Administration. If you find that you are not doing well in matric, then this is a great opportunity for you.
You can then work yourself up to an NQF 6 qualification, 2 levels higher than matric
The courses in this steam include:
Office Administration Programme
You will have to have passed matric for this study stream. But this is a great choice because it is a scarce skill.
With a qualification in Office Administration, you can branch into various careers and do very well for yourself.
