You can be under pressure while working. Sometimes you may fail to meet deadlines or do wrong in a task. This can put you under pressure. You must be able to control your emotions. Do not let work pressure make you react negatively towards other people.

Leadership

You may not be a manager, but you still need to lead in the workplace. You can do this by leading as an example in all your work. Perform your duties well and complete tasks in time. This will show other employees that you are in charge of your work, and they can learn from you. 

Check on your colleagues and assist them if they need help. One of the best leadership qualities is a person who helps other people. Good leaders are humble and friendly. 

Confidence

This is one of the qualities employers look for from the moment they meet you during the interview process. A confident person catches the attention of people. You want people to look and listen to you when you speak. 

Have confidence and this will make employers have faith in you. You may gain a promotion based on how confident you are in the office. Confidence is great if you are going to be in high positions leading people.

Endurance

There are times when you will work under pressure. You may have to complete a task much faster than you usually do. This may put you under pressure. Be in control and calm down. Do not give up on your work, but make sure that you finish in record time. 

Endurance is important in the workplace. If you fail to finish the task in time, do not stop. Work on it until you are complete, even if it is past the deadline. This will show that you do not give up even though you fail.

Motivation

Employers are looking for people who can motivate themselves. You do not need to wait for the manager or other employees to motivate you to work hard. You must learn to do this yourself. When you are motivated, you can also motivate other employees.
